Day 1

Arrival in Beijing

Arrive in Beijing, China’s historic capital. Your private guide and driver will meet you at the airport or train station and transfer you to your hotel.

The rest of the day is free for you to rest, recover from your journey, or take a short walk near your hotel.

Day 2

Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City and Temple of Heaven

Start your journey at Tiananmen Square, one of Beijing’s most symbolic landmarks and an important place to understand modern Chinese history.

Continue to the Forbidden City, the former imperial palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties. Walk through grand halls, palace gates, courtyards, and side chambers while your guide explains China’s imperial history and royal life.

After lunch, visit the Temple of Heaven, where emperors once prayed for good harvests. The surrounding park is also a lively place to see local Beijing residents practicing tai chi, dancing, singing, and playing chess.

Day 3

Mutianyu Great Wall and Old Beijing Hutongs

Day 4

Beijing to Xi'an

Day 6

Xi'an to Guilin

Guilin to Shanghai

Shanghai City Highlights

If time allows, you may visit Shanghai Tower or a local market based on your interests.
