Start your day by visiting the Stone Forest. This 350 million year old karst wonder features towering stone pillars, some of which are as high as 40 meters and shaped like animals or trees. Following the scenic path, one can appreciate iconic landforms such as the "Ashima Stone", which is a symbol of local folklore. Afterwards, enjoy a Yunnan style lunch and try steaming chicken and wild mushroom hotpot with fresh local ingredients.

. In winter, this is a safe haven for migrating red billed gulls. Take a walk along the lake shore or rent a paddle boat to enjoy the peaceful scenery.

In the morning, take the high-speed train to Dali (about 2 hours). After arriving in Dali, the tour guide and driver will take you along the east bank of Erhai Lake (about 3 hours). You will drive along the east bank of Erhai Lake, enjoying the scenery of Cangshan and the lake itself from different perspectives. On the way, you can stop at Shuanglang Village, Vasai Village, Xiaofutuo Temple, and Wenbi Village to enjoy the scenery.
As long as it's safe, you can park anywhere you want to take photos. Erhai Lake is quite large. The road around the lake is about 140 kilometers (84 miles) long, and the entire journey takes approximately 3 to 4 hours.
in the afternoon, explore theDali Old City: a 1200 year old walled town with cobblestone streets on both sides, white style tile roofed shops (selling tie dyed fabrics and silver ornaments) and cafe cafes. Don't miss taking photos at the "South Gate" (the iconic entrance of the city).

After having breakfast in the hotel, go toXizhou Ancient City, which is a quieter alternative to Dali Old City. This place is famous for the well preserved courtyard houses of the Bai ethnic group, which have carved wooden windows and stone doors. Here, you can visit the impressive Zhang Family Mansion, a magnificent white house style mansion that showcases the local architectural style.
Then transfer to Dali Railway Station and take the high-speed train to Lijiang. In the afternoon, take a stroll through the Lijiang Old Town area, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with winding paths, small streams flowing along every street, and ancient wooden buildings.

Go to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in the morning. The magnificent Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is one of the highlights of any Yunnan tourism. Our local tour guide will take you back and forth on a cable car to explore this wonderful attraction, and you will definitely enjoy a wonderful day.

Enjoy a Lijiang style lunch and taste the bold flavor of Naxi braised pork and pickled fish soup.
In the afternoon, visit the peaceful Naxi village and watch Naxi women weave traditional hemp cloth, chat with villagers while drinking roasted barley tea, and learn about their lives and Dongba culture.. Return to Dorana. The Sanhe Inn in the evening.

After breakfast, it takes about 3.5 hours to drive from Lijiang to Shangri La. Docking TigerLeaping GorgeValley, which is one of the deepest canyons in the world, cut by the Yangtze River. Hike the "Mid Canyon Trail" (relaxing for about 1.5 hours), enjoy the river flowing through narrow rocks - "Tiger Jumping Stone" is the highlight - and listen to the roar of the water flow.
After arriving at Shangri La, check in and your tour guide will accompany you to explore the ancient city of Shangri La.The wide streets are lined with Tibetan shops selling Tibetan carpets and prayer beads.. At the Central Square, locals often perform a lively group dance called "Guozhuang" at night.

Visit Songzanlin Monastery, known as the Little Potala Palace, the largest Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Yunnan. Explore the main hall (Buddha statues draped in silk) and the red brick alleyway (monks reciting scriptures); The mountain top offers a view of the Shangri-La grassland landscape.

Stroll through Pudacuo National Park (4 hours), with a total area of nearly 2000 square kilometers. The park has an average elevation of 3500 meters and preserves a well preserved ecosystem within the original forest.
The must see scenery in the park includes Bita Lake and Shudu Lake. In Tibetan, "Bita" means "land of dense oak forests" and "Bitahai" means peaceful lakes. Bitahai Lake is surrounded by mountains covered in ancient pine trees, oak trees, and azaleas, resembling jade in the center of the mountains.
