Day 1

Arrival in Beijing

Arrive in Beijing, China’s historic capital. Your private guide and driver will meet you at the airport or train station and transfer you to your hotel.

The rest of the day is free for you to rest, recover from your journey, or take a short walk near your hotel.

Day 2

Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City and Temple of Heaven

Begin your China adventure at Tiananmen Square, one of the most symbolic landmarks in Beijing.

Continue to the Forbidden City, the former imperial palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties. Walk through grand halls, courtyards, and palace gates while your guide explains the stories of China’s emperors and royal life.

After lunch, visit the Temple of Heaven, where emperors once prayed for good harvests. The surrounding park is also a lively place to see local Beijing residents practicing tai chi, dancing, singing, and playing chess.

Day 3

Mutianyu Great Wall and Old Beijing Hutongs

Day 4

Beijing to Xi'an by High-Speed Train

Day 6

Xi'an to Chengdu

Day 7

Giant Panda Base and Chengdu Local Life

Pandas are usually more active in the morning, especially during feeding time. An early start is recommended.

Day 8

Leshan Giant Buddha Day Trip

Day 12

Day 13

Shanghai Highlights and Departure

Meals: Breakfast

Visit Yu Garden, a classic Chinese garden with elegant pavilions, rockeries, ponds, and old Shanghai atmosphere.

Continue to the Bund, where historic waterfront buildings face the modern skyline of Pudong. Depending on your departure time, you may also visit the French Concession, Shanghai Tower, or a local market.

After the tour, transfer to the airport or train station for departure.

If your departure flight or train is early, the Shanghai sightseeing program can be shortened or removed.
